I was a huge fan of Aldiko! I loved the dimming function by swiping the side of the screen down or up, also the option to customise the screen lock time, it was easy to turn the page and the screen didn't rotate while reading. I am very disappointed since the last update. 😔 All of my favourite functions are gone! If I touch to turn the page, the menu pops up. I have to dim in my phone settings when I read in the dark + if i fall asleep, my screen stays on all night and the battery dies! 😣

I loved Aldiko, the new version is not easy to read, I have problems with adjusting the width of the screen, sometimes when I want to change the site, I'm back in the main menu, the search function is abysmal. Often times Aldiko freezes Is there a way to sync Aldiko with Calibre on my Windows PC oder make a backup/export of ALL files? I have hundreds of books and don't want to select all individually and share them with OneDrive...

Although there are a few items lacking, this app is very good overall. The interface, fonts, and image quality all look fantastic. Consider adding a ruler, an offline dictionary, favorite books, cloud storage for eBooks, and 3D page turning. When reading, the title of the book and the time should appear at the top of each page. The spacing should be able to be changed both left to right and top to bottom. If it gets updated, I'll give it five stars. For now⭐⭐⭐

A new name and visual identity for your reading application!

Your favorite reading app will soon be called Cantook. A new look with all the same user-friendly features you've come to appreciate. You will keep your books as well as your custom settings. Nothing will change but the name. Keep an eye open for the update!
