v11.10, can't use at all... (Edit - newer version seems to have fixed the issue. Overall I do love Ecobee way more over Nest as I've been an owner of both and would choose Ecobee any day over Nest. With that said, I hope hiccups are minimized - or better yet eliminated - moving forward, especially when it comes to a hiccup that causes us not being able to access our thermostats in the middle of summer, of all times. Anyway a big thank you to the Ecobee devs for fixing it.)

A Total Letdown: The Ecobee Thermostat Premium app is a total disaster. It’s plagued by constant crashes, painfully slow performance, and an unintuitive interface. Connecting to the thermostat is a hit-or-miss ordeal, often leaving me unable to control my home’s temperature when I need it most. Each update seems to introduce more bugs rather than fixing existing ones. For a premium product, the app is shockingly unreliable and frustrating to use. I deeply regret choosing ecobee. Avoid ☢️🛑

The thermostat has been okay. Kind of a weird layout, in my opinion. Not intuitive. For the door bell, very disappointed. A little sluggish. Without the subscription, the sluggishness is worse. Don't tap options ahead of it finish loading or it becomes unstable. May switch from ecobee altogether.
