Horrible! The cameras take FOREVER to open and load and this is on all devices. Do if your trying to catch something live good luck! then when you try to look back at the saved recordings it won't load to watch. try to speak on the mic also is very late if you can even get it to work because most of the time you have to keep closing the app and reopening it to try and refresh the camera so it can work.

I love the clear picture and the ease of this app. If I have any criticism, it would be the fact that it may take a couple of seconds to engage when I open the app. I have a motion detector that picks up people and animals. When the motion detector goes off there's sometimes a very brief delay when I open the Kasa app and I won't always be able to see what set off the motion detector.

I've been using the Kasa cameras and smart strip in my Uromastyx (reptile) for over a year and haven't had any issues. I use timers and thermostats and have every plug used with individual timer, and they have worked flawlessly (knock on wood!). We've had several power outages and when restored, there was absolutely no indication anything had happened. The app has been perfect, and is very easy to setup. I will only be using Kasa in the future, because these are so reliable.
