absolute disaster. first the app bugs out and doesn't let me agree the terms and conditions, keeps looping indefinitely. then i manage through my computer, buy ETH, try to send it to a wallet but my account gets immediately suspended. Also, every other service uses "send" as an option to send currency, took me ages to figure out here it's under withdrawal which is just bad design. EDIT: took 7 days to get my account back and running with the most convoluted steps immaginable.

It's a fine app. There's just one key feature that I'm desperately missing. Which pretty much all other investment/crypto platforms have. P/L (profit/loss) overview per total investment and per individual investment. Example: I've invested in my wallet 1000$ total. Currently it's worth 1100$ the p/l is +100$/+10% Also a breakdown per currency And a breakdown per individual purchase This feature is desperately needed to properly track my Wallet. I'd love to see it! Kind regards! +1 star roadmap!

App looks nice, and functions like a cheap lighter that's been dropped too many times. Support will ignore your questions and send you articles instead of just answering them. Explaining in detail what you're experiencing and providing screenshots will get you more articles with instructions on how to NOT use this bug ridden app. So that's your official answer imo. Just use the web version on desktop. Even then payments may be "briefly unavailable" so you've been warned. Member since 2017 here.
