Overly controlling and impossible to get service. Wirex can shut off access to your app and card at any time, and you could wait up to 2 weeks before they decide to reinstate access. Hence, the card is NOT recommended as your primary spending card, since it's unreliable. I found this out by being suddenly cut off and having no way to access my money for 11 days. It was a truly terrifying experience... and it all revolved around Wirex MISTAKENLY asserting that my id documents had expired.

I have changed my phone last year. Since I did not use this app. Now I want to login in this app but the 2 factor authentication is not working. How can I get the authentication key, I don't know. I emailed the customers support to disable 2 factor authentication. But it is not replying anything. Help me to get my account back. I can not even open new account!!

Wirex has the potential to be a ready good app but reliability and customer support is terrible. My account was blocked for no reason three times, thankfully its working now, but who know when they will block it again. I am also try to upgrade my tier and have bought more WXT to do so yet can't! I have contacted customer service on multiple occasions and noone has responded. Wirex really needs to get there act together if the want to compete with other providers such as Revolut.
