I have been trying to resolve issues with just being able to use my Wirex App, and there have been so many verification problems. It really looked like the verification process was complete when I received yet another email to re-do my identity etc. Now for the past 5 days there has been no answer to my last email. Incredibly frustrating. I have not been given a ticket number either... so I can't even quote it here so that customer support or somebody can even acknowledge there is a problem.

Do NOT trust this app. My SEPA Instant transfer to my own account is stuck in "Pending". Support lies about "3 business days" delays for instant payments and refuses to release my money. They offered to cancel the transaction and then simply stopped responding. They are holding my funds without explanation. Extremely risky tool, stay away! Use Revolut or Wise instead.

I have been using Wirex for many years now. It is smooth and seamless. No major problems as yet and the customer service has always been spot on. They always reply to my questions very quickly and are friendly, helpful and polite. Great service and great app. Very easy to use and understand. Thanks.
