Ratings and reviews

Worst app ever. Never opens quickly and need to be reinstalled every time the app opening issues occur. When online the orders won't come through and when you check with chat , they say you were offline which doesn't make sense at all. The order matching system is even worse, they match you to the orders that are out of the delivery zone and when you complete them, you won't be matched to new orders because apparently you are too far away from the delivery zone. Overall, worst experience.

Absolute cluster of a U.I. The older version was better in so many ways. When I hold down the button for "picked up order", "delivered order" etc. Sometimes it takes me literally MINUTES to make it work. I don't have a screen cover, I'm keeping my finger dead still, so it's not on my end. Also I used to never wait more than 20 mins for an order, so I don't know what you have done but last friday (busy night), I waited for 90 mins before going home. I'll be switching to Uber now.

Pay per km is great, that's the only good thing I can say. The app is ridiculously slow to respond, roughly 1 in 3 delivery navigations take you to the wrong place, can only contact support while on a delivery, can't talk to delivery support on a phone call and most of the contact numbers you'll find online are not connected
