I don't usually write reviews, I was so pissed I had to. I waited for more than 2hrs to get my order, not because of restaurant because they prepared immediately after I ordered, just eat didn't have anyone to deliver. By the time they delivered food was cold. I was so exhausted and hungry after long day and was excited for food, I can't even describe my disappointment after eating cold food. Please please don't take orders when you don't have executives available to deliver.

A very good app in the beginning but it started to bother me. If I order late in night, there is no possibility to cancel even if the order is 2 hours late. Then there is no customer service in the night.

We didn't receive the call of the delivery guy, so we didn't get the delivery and didn't receive refund. Why isn't there a notification in the app that says the delivery is here? Why isn't there a way for the support team or even the delivery guy to call us through the app? A lot of apps already have this basic functions(like bolt, wolt and others). We really suggest the app team to do this updates to save money and trouble for their costumers and the restaurants who work with them.
