Ratings and reviews

Really bad experience, service quality is terrible. it used to be good and reliable, now you get: 1) an app that gives fake updates on order status. order delivery will just randomly get delayed 2) no option to contact the restaurant (the button makes you speak with a recorded voice) 3) rider that will not even ring the doorbell with an order of more that 50 euro. if you didn't hear the phone, sorry the order is gone and they will also be very rude about it. Stay away.

i ordered a delivery and instead it switched to "collection" while I definitely ordered delivery. there is no way to see what exactly you ordered in the receipt, the delivery or collection it's not indicated

terrible at customer interface and interaction to get issues resolved. not a very user friendly app to make complaints and not responsive to follow ups either
