Ratings and reviews

This app is so bad, it hurts my head. I live rural, so all my orders are collection, but I still need to put in a valid delivery address close enough to the the takeaway before I can even see a menu. I know there's no takeaway that delivers to me, that's why I collect all my orders. The second thing is the delivery/collection option is a toggle, and it's not clear which one is which until you go to checkout. It makes me want to ring the takeaway, because the app is terrible.

This company doesn't care for it's international travelers. I had to place the same order THREE times because the "driver" couldn't find the proper location after I was very specific about my location. The customer service rep was NOT helpful and didn't provide any recourse but to keep refunding my money....what about the fact that I still need my items. This company needs to get it together. I would suggest using a different app if you find yourself traveling to Ireland.

Worst food delivery app I ever used in my life. I had an order that never arrived and I have literally no one to talk to about it. You can't get a receipt, you can't chat with a rep, nothing. There's no customer experience whatsoever, you're completely unprotected and exposed to problems on your own.
