Would seriously not recommend, I mined .35etherium which was stored here, then they sent a super vague email saying I had an incoming storage fee which literally drained my account over a week. Prior to that I couldn't log in because it wouldn't recognize my face. I should have properly read the terms and conditions but you'd think they'd have the decency to say "hey by the way you're going to get charged .003btc per day on X date if you don't make a transaction before then". Big scam

Could be so much better. The app and the card are great but the customer support is extremely difficult process to navigate and this let's Wirex down a lot. Also I am too worried about getting locked out of my account to transfer any significant amount of funds to my Wirex account - too many stories of blocked accounts and surprise security protocols.

I tried all fintech apps available or almost and was always skeptic with this app. They do not have a standard non a sense of responsibility. Customers are just number that go uo and down according to promotions on how likely they can attract them. Customer service is extinct here. They do not reply to in app messages nor emails I have been sending for the past two months. I even experienced a bery bad service with a loan, no notifications that assets will be liquidated like Nexo for example!
