I can't believe how support is barely there 48 hours they take to get back to you if at all. where is live chat and you can't ring them. withdrawn from gambling site that recommended them worst decision I made. Takes massive time to get funds if you get them at all. Don't use them you will end up disappointed and frustrated

Annoying! I'll hit the four star if my withdrawal issue gets resolved as soon as possible. I redeemed a little amount of a list of vouchers I have to test if withdrawal would be smooth. I redeemed and verified both my ID and Address (which also took so long) and up until now I am unable to withdrawal Via crypto option, and I've been unable to link my bank and card details. It's so frustrating, I've sent several mails to support still no response from them.

Very very useless platform and app indeed!! Their T&C expressly says there is no minimum for spending or withdrawing, however I am unable to utilize my funds because I receive a message stating that the amount I'm seeking does not match the minimum criteria. Nothing but a bunch of scammers. Their time limitations are meaningless, and their customer support is a farce! Although they claim two business days, I have been waiting for a week. I will keep blackmailing you people unless you verified me
