Ratings and reviews

I've been trying out different online banks and while I had high hopes for this one, it is lagging behind. Currently there is no way that I can find to deposit a check from the mobile app, and while the card has tap-to-pay they do not support Samsung or Google pay for in-store payments. There is also no interest-bearing savings account available, only spaces where you can set money aside making it unavailable to spend using your debit card. It will be awhile before this can replace my bank.

Worked well for the time being, verification can be an uncomfortable task that will for the most part end your account. Support answered pretty quickly, but even after verifying their system wouldn't work around it's plan on terminating my account.. they were very vague with the details, more like "Sorry for the inconvenience, but there's nothing we can do about it" situation. The bank has been great to use for about a year or so, but unfortunately I'm choosing a different method after the issue

I ordered a new card through the app and selected expedited shipping, which said it would take 2 business days. Then the estimated delivery date showed up in the app as *2 weeks* after I ordered it, after deducting the expedited price from my account. I tried to use the chat and waited for 3 hours—a representative never came. I also tried calling the hotline, which told me to use the chat and then hung up. Can't recommend this bank with its lack of customer support and transparency.

What’s new

With this app update, managing your child's spending just got a lot smarter. Toggle controls for kiosks and convenience stores that sell alcohol or tobacco (so kids aren't automatically blocked from buying their favorite snack). And because we know you love to stay in the loop — but maybe not every second — decide which card activities to be notified about, like failed payments, successful transactions, and ATM withdrawals. (Only for Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, and Slovakia).
