Could be OK but can't get verified. First video dude had a thick accent and hung up on me when he couldn't do some step. Second person was a nicer lady, who couldn't get the ID photo taken with a good resolution even though camera settings are at max (12.2 MP). Update: new phone and ident-id error before even connecting to anyone. Error case design lacking.
I don't have any complaints, and that means the app is virtually perfect. An option to chat with support would be very useful. Also, are there any plans to add credit for more than 25k euros?
Excellent app, but since the last update finger print isn't working anymore ( I tried to unpair and pair the phone again but it doesn't fix anything ).
