Ratings and reviews

This tuner is good if you're playing a fretted instrument. BUT, I downloaded this tuner back when it was called "best tuner for android" and it was the best tuner in the store for violin. I managed to save the app on an old phone that isn't allowed internet access. The newer versions are less responsive, the old pointer was easier to read for fine adjustments.

On start it shows adds and black screen afterward. I tried to start the app around 20 times, but only 2 time actually manage to pass the adds and load the tuner. So, is it good? If it loads, yes. It worked as intended. Interface is nice, so are the options. But the thing with not loading is real deal breaker for me.

Perfect for my needs as an amateur. The free version is perfectly functional, with several different instruments and different tunings for each. Would seriously consider using premium if I were a professional. (But I'm not, so enjoy this positive review instead.) Occasional user surveys also indicate to me that the developers are legitimately interestested in understanding how their app is being used and delivering a useable and USEFUL product.
