Very disappointing customer experience. I was charged €149.90 for an automatic annual renewal and only found out after the payment had already been taken. The company says they sent a reminder email, but it was in the spam folder, so in practice I was not properly informed. What is frustrating is that marketing emails seem to reach the inbox without any problem, but when it comes to an important renewal charge, the communication is suddenly “sent” in a way that is easy to miss.

An app that takes the passion for cooking to another level of detail, deepening what makes each technique, style or origin special. Always improving the platform to make it more friendly and easier for when you need inspiration, please keep adding new courses!

I really like the app. However we need to be able to move the font writing to a different area of the screen. It's always covering the work table. that is disappointing part. please fix it
