The extensions you already use
Vivaldi on Android works with extensions, so what you rely on at your computer works on your phone. Keep Desktop site enabled while browsing the store. Not every extension is compatible with a mobile browser.

Ad blocking and tracker blocking, on by default
Vivaldi's free built-in Ad Blocker removes pop-ups and ads, and the Tracker Blocker stops companies following you from site to site. Nothing to install, nothing to configure, nothing to pay for. Open the Privacy Dashboard on any page to see exactly what was blocked there.

Private browsing that leaves nothing behind
Private tabs keep searches, links, visited sites, cookies and temporary files off your device. Cookie banners are dismissed for you. WebRTC leak protection keeps your real IP address hidden. Browsing data can clear itself every time you exit, and you decide what goes. A secure, private browser shouldn't be a paid upgrade, and here it isn't.

I use Vivaldi on PC, so I'm trying this as an alternative to now unsupported Kiwi Browser. It's fine, but it just needs extension support. There is a built in content blocker, but it's not very good and it would be better if we could just install our own like unhook, unlock origin and leechblock. Vivaldi on desktop is great, but without extension support the mobile version will never be great.

I've been using Vivaldi on (Linix) desktop for around 10 years and the Android app since it came out. I love the way they work together and how they integrate such features as speed dial and screenshots without having to use 3rd party extensions. I've always liked the vibe on their site and in the community. I wouldn't want to use any other browser.

Fantastic first release! I've been waiting so long for this! One thing that is bugging is one-handed use. The open tab browser is great when using two hands, but not one. Opera mobile have a carousel and a swipe up to close tabs, which is great. If you could add something like that as an option, or better, somehow integrate it into the current tab screen; that would be wonderful! Also, I can't figure out how to remove speed dial links.
