Ratings and reviews

Don't use the app, shop online! It kicks you out of your account when you want to pay (paypal). I thought this might have been fixed, but it hasn't, I haven't been able to put through any orders for months. Also, your app account is not synced with your online account, so when you get kicked out and then log in on your computer, your cart is empty. Then you have to search for your items again (because the saved lists are not synced either). Just shop online!

Great site, great app. If you live outside of the US, your options for getting some kinds of food, vitamins, and other products are often quite limited- enter iHerb. Quality items, low prices, FAST shipping (and FREE for orders over $20, even to Korea, which is rare). And the app makes ordering even easier.

All items arrived extremely quickly at Argentina (I ordered a Friday and DHL knocked my door the following Monday). The app works well and it's easy to use, and I like that it lets you customize which notifications you want to receive and actually respects that choice. The only downside is that in Argentina you can't order more than 3 products on a single order, which is an extremely restrictive implementation of our customs laws (which allow a max. of 3 **identical** products)
