I used a purchased SSTP only version of this app with Mikrotik routers for many years and it was running well but from ~ beginning of 2025 it doesn't cancel connection attempts when phone switched between mobile and wi-fi, excluded from autoconnect. All permissions were granted. Also, in the "connect but not to these SSID" each Wi-Fi was listed twice. To solve this issue I had to buy a new version of this app. This is my favourite VPN client but the power consumption when it is running is high.

UPDATE Nevermind, I was too hasty. it was an issue my end. Brilliant app, bloody well works. OLD good, but since it updated 5 hours ago I. now can't connect to my softether server. OpenVPN connection works fine and another android device can connect fine. I noticed in the log on the working device doesn't mention google-api27-release1.02.48 and in place just mentions using taptunnel

paid features are fine. subscriptions are reasonable to a degree as well. but it's frustrating trying to figure out what is and isn't supported when there's no obvious built in help feature or when what you want to poke around with to see if it's what you're looking for is locked behind a license. So that's a bit frustrating. additionally, there is no support L2TP/IPSec.
