love the app and the speed, especially on high security, has improved greatly over the years. I now use full time on all my devices. There are a few websites that don't fully function or that you can't go directly to from Google, but I just use alternate routes or turn off for a few moments. It's a small price to pay! The number of ads and trackers that show blocked is so high I question it at times, but I suppose it is multiple hits? at any rate, love it !

I keep on setting it to not update automatically, and keeps on doing it regardless. Today it updated itself, and it basically bricked itself. nothing will connect, I've had to spend the last 2 hours trying to sort it out, and then I've had to uninstall it and install an old version which does work. the current version, as of today, does not work properly, it literally will not connect to any website at all, and I keep getting the message "trying to connect" anytime I load it up.

5.1.26 update. The app blocks my WiFi calling (Verizon) which is essential for where I live. I tried excluding multiple apps, including system apps, and nothing seems to fix the problem. I exchanged several emails with the help desk. Their final solution was for me to use the very basic Wireguard app instead, which doesn't block my WiFi calling. I have described this issue several times and have not received a solution for the app. Just maybe it will be addressed in future updates.
