Netflix as always been a good app for me until now, movies will go black while playing with only subtitles being visible and this as happened multiple times now. The last time, I had to clear storage, delete the app, download again and waited several hours for it to get back to normal. Just few days after that, it's back again, downloaded movies, streamed movies all showing nothing but plain black with only subtitles visible. I'll be paying for another month without watching again! 🥲 HELP!!!!!

App is fine, but with 2 current issues. 1st: how is there absolutely no option to switch which is the main profile? I took over an account & now I can't delete the old account holders profile. Netflix tech support told me to rename it (don't want their recommendations/viewing history) or delete my account which I've had for 12 years to start a new one. 2nd: the app freezes & then crashes frequently on Roku TVs.

THIEF'S, I was getting billed through Sky, and then my package ended. When my subscription ended and I tried to sign on the screen prompted that I choose a package and it had my details because it is the same email address. I chose the £4.99 pack but then they charge me £10.99 because they said the system automatically reverts to the previous partner package. There is no sign or other correspondence to let you know and give you an option to continue. Netflix agent understands this but no refund
