It was a great app. No real issues for years or none that would last long or couldn't be fixed with a quick solution. Now the app on android, roku, and PC does not save progress. I heard it was an on going issue for years. I have reach out to tech but they didn't give any answers or a fix. I'm starting to watch less due to this issue and I'm considering canceling my membership. If this continues I'll definitely cancel and find a better app. Update, my issue was resolved. Thanks Viki

great app for watching most of the Kdramas that I love. main frustration is that the app shows you shows / movies that aren't available in your region then you have to fill in a form to request it. one never receives feedback on whether the programme has been made available to your region as a result. Also, the app doesn't learn one's preferences over time and simply shows you everything as recommendations. Would also be good for trailers to autoplay without having to scroll down to select it

At the moment, I've been trying to play around with the app and noticed some problems similar to what happened with Disney+. If you didn't get the viki pass, you're fine. But if you did, the app opens, and no shows come up, and only a dark screen show with the words "something went wrong, please try again." Used my phone data instead of wifi and hit refresh, and it works. All the shows come back. While the show is going, quickly switch it to wifi. Repeat data back on when it breaks again.👍
