Ratings and reviews

Worked great for the first month or two, now internet pages either take minutes to load with the VPN, or just don't at all. I'd look elsewhere for a VPN, I end up turning it off while browsing, so it's pretty pointless to have. Edit: tried the troubleshooting page online as well, didn't do anything. Just the same "make sure it's up to date" stuff. Took a long time to figure out how to cancel the subscription, and when I finally did, I'm still stuck with it for another 8 months. Waste of time

I have been using ExpressVPN for several years with no issues whatsoever. In the past 6 months it has been absolutely appalling. On the rare occasion I try to use it, I'd say 50% of the time I get an error message saying I have reached my connection limit, which is impossible as I barely use the app and pay for full subscription. I definitely will not renew again.

I've had ExpressVPN for years but during the past year or so the speeds have plummeted! I've tried working with customer support many times. It's always a waste of time going through a hopeless troubleshooting process involving endless emails that I knew wouldn't work from the start. They simply try everything that make no sense. As you can see from other reviews, they have completely lost control and are floundering. No matter what I try that they suggest, it's always the same.
