I bought and installed their upgraded service recently, then had a problem with it and accidentally deleted the account. They worked with me to help restore my account, verifying excellent customer service! The app confirmed my phone is free of any viruses or malware and I now have excellent VPN service worldwide, but the Adblocker service does not work worth a hoot. I get ads, before I can perform any cleaning service and sometimes during a Stop Apps service, it interrupts the service to show a

when I tried to open the app it just keep showing a green ring circling around and around and around. when I finally did get it open at one point before this, there was no place for me to scan my phone, so I have no idea if it got rid of what I thought might be a virus. I have no clue how this works... it's not user friendly. there should be a scan button on the first page.

Hi Cheryl, sorry you had so many problems. Once the app is open, if the shield is red and saying protection is off, tap it, this will turn protection on. To scan your device for viruses, tap the magnifying glass - this will run a scan. If no viruses are found, this likely means you don't have a virus.

Had multiple issues over a couple of years. The program would stop working for no reason at all on my up to date devices. I spoke with support, and the issue seemed to get fixed, and I received a credit. As of 5/27/25 I have been bill $80 for 6 months when my renewal date is at the end of November as my account states. Not only is this a price increase, but a billing frequency increase, which i was not notified of. There is absolutely nowhere to contact them on the app.
