Did my research, outcome was great product. Setting up was not great. The issue came when I wanted to amend my subscription. Needed help (67 yr old), tried to contact support services without a code, but I could not locate the "get a code button" despite many attempts over days. I do not recommend this product as contact for help is so lacking. So frustrated. I have canceled my subscription and if I could get rid of totalAV altogether, I would. Outside the refund period now. That sucks.

When the app works it ia great. My complaint is the web shield feature constantly kicks off and you have to restart it. Same way with the ad block feature. You turn it on to block the annoying ads and it kicks off and I am not 100 percent protected all the time. Please fix whatever glitch this is. This could be a really great product for keeping us safe online. So I am giving it a three star rating. Thanks.

Totally misleading. Made it sound like a one time payment and turns out to be monthly. Some features that were said to be free, turn out to cost extra. While checking out some of the features, message popped up that the file was corrupted. Just tell me up front what the costs are. I just paid a small fee of $2 to "learn my lesson".And what was supposed to be a 1-time payment, turns out to be monthly. Fraud.
