Usually, this app is good But recently, I changed my cell phone, so I downloaded kakaotalk. I was trying to log in,but I forgot my password. I have made multiple attempts to reset it,but haven't been able to log in. And also the verification message that needs to be send to verify I keep clicking the button and still shows that the verification is in progress. So at this point not sure what other way to try to log in. It would be helpful if in case we had a Google account to use that instead.

As an Indian, We're unable to use this application. Basically, The first thing you gotta do is login or register. After filling your name, contact number, e-mail etc then it says to send a SMS to an unknown number than you will receive an OTP and you will be logined/registered. But we as Indians, We cannot send the message to that unknown number in the first place. That is the major issue which is resisting users (me) to utilise this app. Kindly change that process into simpler steps. Thank you

I have using this app for many years but after formatting my phone and downloaded the app, it won't send me the sms code, instead it tells me to send a verification message and it won't work, i have been sending the message for 2 days and still can't login, what is the problem???
