Ratings and reviews

This app has run smoothly since day one of my installation. The layout is simple, and they have some convenience to the entire setup. Particularly with the scheduling feature, as well as the filter life status. It's connected to my Smarthome, but I actually prefer this app over the hub I have setup. The only thing I dislike is how it can bounce from the app to the website, depending on what you are trying to access. For the Dyson store option, that is understandable.

Connectivity issues from day one and still not fully resolved. I tried 6 different Wi-Fi networks (both 2.4GHz and 5GHz). All other devices connect flawlessly at 500+ Mbps, but the Dyson RB05 either cannot detect Wi-Fi or fails to connect. After multiple resets and setup attempts, it finally connected, yet still disconnects from the server several times daily. This appears to be an app or product issue. Very disappointing for a premium Dyson product.

Useless app for a $750 HP07 Purifier. After over 2 years of seamless use, the app now shows my device as offline. I’ve done full factory resets, unplugged it for days, removed the device from the app, reinstalled the app, and verified my 2.4 GHz network settings. Pairing succeeds and Wi-Fi connects, but the app won't communicate with the unit. Dyson support had no fix. Unacceptable for a premium product. Dyson lost another customer.
