Ratings and reviews

It was working well previously. I've been a loyal customer for years and I have no significant issues with the app nor the company itself. However now, I'm facing major problem with the latest update for this app. At first I can't find any of my booking details, now my stamp (night rewards) went missing. If it ain't broken, don't fix it!!!

Currency cannot be changed on the fly to match payment method. Somehow you have to sign out and in again and after selecting the currency you want, the language changes and you cannot apply points to offset final amount. Points are tied to the country you select and I cannot help but assume there is some bias against certain countries. On top of that, it does not recognise certain cards even though the cards were accepted by airlines and other more esteemed companies.

Recently the language setting and emails all in Malay. Although I am in Malaysia, I would much prefer all emails and language to be in English. It is better so that I can print it out and show it to a foreign hotel as confirmation of my booking, say in Japan. English is universal, Japanese can't read Malay. Somehow, there is nothing in Settings that allows me to switch it back to English. Very frustrating 😡
