I recently came across the new feature on WhatsApp, but unfortunately, it hasn't quite resonated with me. The updated design and color scheme don't align with my personal preferences, and I find it less intuitive than the previous version. I hope you'll consider taking user feedback into account and making adjustments to enhance the overall user experience. Specifically, I'd love to see an option to switch back to the classic design or offer more customization options for the color scheme.

Very good. But have a few misgivings. Data friendliness. I find some videos downloaded, some status downloaded wasting my data. I have tried to block this waste of data but didn't work. I would want to choose to download the status, not to find the status already downloaded. This is just a suggestion on opinion poll. The displayed result influences voter. People have a tendance to follow the wind. Maybe block the results, only show the vitor's choices. And overall result upon user's request

Every time I forward multiple messages to my customers, they become disorganized and out of order. The message that should be in the first place is instead placed second, sometimes third, and so on. All messages become random and unordered. This has been happening since I recently updated my WhatsApp. I have been using WhatsApp Business for my service business for over 3 years, and I have never experienced a problem like this. This is very frustrating. Please, fix this problem. I am begging
