About this app

The app for Android is different from anything else you've seen in weather forecasting: Scroll through a beautiful and animated sky to see how the weather changes hourly, and get all the need-to-know details at the same time. And if there will be rainfall within the next 90 minutes we'll let you know through our now-cast.

The weather visualization makes it a fun experience to check the weather – even when it's raining!

Check details day by day and hour by hour in the long-term forecast, or study the details in the graph.

Under "Around you" you get an overview of UV levels, air pollution and pollen spread, as well as the latest weather observations and webcams in your area. Locations outside Norway may have limited content if there is no available data.

Wear OS is a streamlined version of the app, and contains only the most important features from the weather service. Search for locations around the world and get a weather forecast for the coming days.

Forecasts are delivered by the Norwegian Meteorological Institute.

Our primary goals are to secure life and property, while delivering useful and accurate weather forecasts to our users, preparing them for all kinds of weather. Ratings and reviews

Generally a really good weather app with a nice UI and widgets. Althought it's missing humidity in the forecasts which they do show on the website. Also I'm not sure I like the new look of the graphs. They're esthetically more appealing, but look less detailed/accurate. Also in the last version these graphs would be much larger vertically if the changes were extreme or lots of downfall was expected, which was very useful to know when extreme weather was approaching.

Sometimes when pressing the refresh button on the widget it breaks with "missing location" error. Error persists until the app is opened from the application drawer, and there is no error in the app itself. Also it when the app is opened it is blocked by fullscreen "finding your location" overlay for several seconds. This is very inconvenient, since most of the time my location is the same so this delay is useless. These things should happen in the background.

I seriously don't like the new UI. PLEASE add an option to use the classic look. The latest changes are so non-user-friendly that my ranking went from a 5++++ stars to 2 (the accurate weather-prediction still deserve 5 stars). You had the best weather app in the world. Don't destroy a perfect app, just for the sake of change.
