The AI features are really good. But the CGM is a pain to use. If you enter meal data through the Healthifyme interface, it assumes that you ate the meal at the time you entered the data. This is fine if you are organized enough to enter the meal when you eat it. Otherwise, you have to go through and edit the timestamp of every food you ate. And even then, sometimes the CGM analysis picks up the old timestamp, not the correct one. Entering this data via the CGM interface is equally painful.

Terrible service and customer support. The AI plans are half baked, half features do not work/have not been built. Many discrepancies in calorie counts. No method of changing unit for weights. No refund provided for an issue raised 10 minutes into the subscription. incomplete offerings do not fall under 'lack of service' for the company. Redressal does not exist.

Their features are good, but their support is terrible. The app doesn't work when scanning a barcode. It literally says "item not found," and then when you take a picture of it, et voila, the item is mysteriously found. Out of the five months I've used this app, this feature only worked for two months. I even contacted support, but their response was "the team is looking into it," without giving a support ticket number. Later, it worked for one day again and then stopped working again.
