INFORMATION ON USING THE APP AND REGARDING THE SUBSCRIPTION

The download and use of the BodyFast app is free of charge. Full access to all available Coach features is limited to subscribers. There are different terms to choose from. If you opt for a subscription, you will pay the price set for your country and displayed in the app. If you don't cancel the subscription on Google Play at least 24 hours before the end of the current term, it will automatically renew for the originally selected period and your deposited payment method will be charged. You can also disable the auto-renew feature in your Google Play account settings.

Ratings and reviews

2024- Reinstalled the app after some time away, notifications have been great. Bought the coach 1yr, probably won't again. If you're able to do full day fasts, the access to really elaborate schedules will probably be great for you! I still need a pretty standard daily window. I really enjoy the weekly challenges! They don't use standard US terms in the recipes, fine for me. The 'daily coaching' is mostly quotes and trite optimism, meh. 2022-notifications don't work, rendered useless.

1 full week & so far the free version of tracking my fasting times and being able to customize them for my individual needs has been amazing! The app is so simple & easy to use. I'm able to track my water intake daily, my weight progress, current weight & goal weight, bmi, hips, waist measurements, and my total number of hours fasted combined. It's a pretty cool App, even got a friend using it too. The ads I've seen pop have have been so minimal, like 3 in the last week, so that is appreciated!

I'm giving it a five-star because the way the app is designed, it really explains the process of fasting and how it is beneficial for you. I'm just starting my weight loss journey, so let's see how well my body responds to it. Ultimately, it will be up to me and my healthy choices, but for the app and the coaching, it helps for sure!
