Ratings and reviews

since the last update i cannot view pending or completed orders. it just spins then gives an error. this means if they ever complete my current submission (which I spent a lot of extra $ for faster grading and is now 8 days late), i wont be able to see the grades revealed.

My frustration with this app and its inability to log me in is why I took my rating from 5 to 1. Being unable to use the features of the app because the login authentication fails to complete is unacceptable. What's worse is that when I put in a support ticket, the AI bot/agent never bothered to connect me to to real person when it exhausted its knowledge corpus. I just got a survey to remark on how positive the experience was? What kind of customer experience is this supposed to be?!

this app is really good at scanning cards but I wish there was a way not to buy but to scan the cards and get what type of grade could it estimate it to be. I also wish there was a chart that showed the recant sales of the cards so you can get a little for of a better look ,but for the app being free this is a really good app. 9/10.
