After about a year of not using the app and then coming back and updating it, it permanently says to contact support no matter what I click. My profile page is broken and buggy. Most of the app won't load. And now everything I used to have is locked behind ridiculously expensive premium. I can't even access the free parts of the app anymore because it says contact support. I contacted support a month ago and still no reply.

Hi Anna. This was a bug caught by our devs early and already has a fix deployed. Just update your app to see your collection correctly again.

The scanner did not work at all. I follow the prompts on how to use it and still nothing. I then proceeded to the website to report an issue/ see any further attempts. The website says follow the prompts on the app. The purpose of the app was to be able to scan and instantly recognize which card I have. To search in the database is not more convenient than searching online.

So far so good, for the most part. My only complaints are that the scanner doesn't always read the card even though its in great condition, & that i can't figure out if there's a way to remove a card from your inventory after its scanned in. I accidentally scanned one in twice after i already typed in that i had 2, so it lists an extra. Wasn't paying attention lol but i can't see where to fix that (if possible... if not, maybe consider adding that function, please)

Hi, thank you so much for the review! We can confirm that we're currently working on improving the pictures on our database which in turn will improve the scanner. Regarding the deletion of a card, once on the inventory/deck, please swipe the card you wish to delete left and you will have a menu with more options, one will be to delete.
