It's a tediously disappointing, bothersome app and it doesn't allow for screenshots. I often prepare my packages and then let my helper drop it in a nearby drop point. But being unable to make screenshot meant that the person dropping the package will be the one creating the "order." I just wish to be able to prepare the orders, then have the bar codes sent to my helper phone and have him / her just drop the packages. It's a simple in and out supposedly.

It has an awful search engine, I cannot find the right place/city for the recipient because it lacks some places. It is hard to open the app sometimes, It just keeps loading even I have a fast internet connection. You literally need to delete the app first and reinstall it, for you to make it work. The address description is very poor, you cannot type special characters to make the description more clearer in order to make it easier to understand by the deliveryman.

Service sucks! My address was correct but they kept on labeling my order as problematic due to wrong sortment or address where in fact I've been using the same address when ordering and there was no problem before. Now, I've been complaing about it for 5 days and still haven't got my package. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 If I could only rate you a zero.
