I've been using Move It for over a year, and from my experience, many of their drivers seem to have attitude problems. While I also use other ride-hailing apps, my unpleasant experiences with drivers consistently come from Move It. I hope the company takes the time to improve or train their drivers on basic human decency and customer service. It would make a big difference in the overall experience.

It took too long to book a ride in the morning. Drivers don't go exactly in the pinned location so I need to walk few meters before getting on my ride, there's also instances they are at the wrong street assuming it's the pin location. There are a lot of reckless drivers. There are instances that the plate number is not the same on what you see in the app and it feels unsafe. There are some rude drivers. I hope re-evaluate the drivers and the condition of the motor they use (for safety purposes)

I stopped using the app because everytime I book a ride and use my credit card, the driver always cancel the booking, I booked five times and all are cancelled, I paid using the non-economical price but still no driver was available, everytime a book is cancelled they always escape accountability, no review, no name of driver who cancelled.
