I've been using Move It for over a year, and from my experience, many of their drivers seem to have attitude problems. While I also use other ride-hailing apps, my unpleasant experiences with drivers consistently come from Move It. I hope the company takes the time to improve or train their drivers on basic human decency and customer service. It would make a big difference in the overall experience.

this app is so unbelievably bad. i've used this app for a year now, and for some strange reason, it decided enough is enough, and decided to stop working. i can't book anything at all. UPDATE: i tried to uninstall and reinstall to see if that would fix the problem, but IT DOESN'T EVEN SEND ME THE VERIFICATION CODE.

Their drivers most of the time cancel the booking for no valid reason, usually in the morning rush hour. Instead of being helpful, it contributes to tardiness of an employee like me. This is the second time I will give my review. Your riders are very selective in booking commuters. Hindi nakakatulong. Perwisyo pa.
