Ratings and reviews

Please constantly update your maps, as there is a bridge under construction near our area. However, the system is still directing drivers to pass through it, which causes inconvenience for both drivers and passengers. Drivers have to be repeatedly reminded that the road is not passable and be given the correct directions. Additionally, this leads to wasted fuel, as they only realize the issue upon arrival and are forced to turn around to find an alternate route.

It is very difficult to book nowadays. Why are the riders closer to my location not the ones being booked when I try to hail a ride? I always see riders waiting to be booked by passengers when I go out of the house but I always get, either riders too far from me or ones with a drop off and they usually cancel after dropping off the last customer. After waiting for them to drop off the last passenger, they just cancel. For real!? I already waited for you and you cancel it!? Please sort this out.

This app was great before but now it is full of drivers who always ask to cancel and saying suddenly they got a flat tire even though they just delivered another passenger before me, resulting for me in arriving late at work. But the worst thing is when booking again, the voucher applied before on a cancelled transaction says it cant be applied due to limited redemption. How can It be limited, if I didnt even have opportunity to use it on my cancelled booking just seconds ago. Please fix this!
