I've been using Move It for over a year, and from my experience, many of their drivers seem to have attitude problems. While I also use other ride-hailing apps, my unpleasant experiences with drivers consistently come from Move It. I hope the company takes the time to improve or train their drivers on basic human decency and customer service. It would make a big difference in the overall experience.

there's a prompt or pop-up to add something to the ride I guess or for a safety ride, or I can't remember clearly but it pops-up before booking. I accidentally clicked "yes" and there's an additional payment for me to the usual amount of my ride. now I can't undo it. Like it consistently pops up when I'm selecting "no thanks" but suddenly the prompt stopped popping up when I "clicked" it. As if it won't stop unless you purchased that specific additional charge. I hope y'all won't do that.

Takes so long to book in the morning. The ads are also irritating. You are in a rush to book and then an ad will pop up. Do you want us to subscribe to Move it premium to remove the ads? It is better if it is just simpler without so many pop ups. Don't leverage much on the motor transport app for the food delivery app, it is so annoying!
