I had a disappointing experience with the Move It moto taxi service. The app's GPS navigation was inaccurate, leading to longer travel times and higher fares. The drivers were often late, and the ride quality was inconsistent. Additionally, the customer support was unresponsive when I raised concerns about overcharging. Overall, the service lacks reliability and professionalism, making it a poor choice for reliable transportation.

I’m disappointed with the service. Many riders seem to selectively accept passengers, and it’s frustrating when they accept a booking only to cancel it a few moments later. It also feels like some riders only prioritize passengers who are likely to give tips. I hope Move It addresses this issue and ensures that all customers receive fair and reliable service.

I had a confusing experience with the Move It app. My driver already completed the trip and successfully dropped me off at my destination, but shortly after, another driver called me asking where I was. I had to explain to him that I only made one booking through the app and did not book from any other platform. It was honestly confusing and a bit stressful because I didn’t know how to properly explain the situation to the second driver, and I also felt like it caused inconvenience on their end
