I had a disappointing experience with the Move It moto taxi service. The app's GPS navigation was inaccurate, leading to longer travel times and higher fares. The drivers were often late, and the ride quality was inconsistent. Additionally, the customer support was unresponsive when I raised concerns about overcharging. Overall, the service lacks reliability and professionalism, making it a poor choice for reliable transportation.

I tried to book a ride but after waiting for too long for someone to accept, I will cancel it. I always make sure the search or me trying to book someone is really cancelled but then after a few minutes, a rider will call me saying they are here to pick me up. But I already cancelled the ride? It happened to me a few times now. Please fix this problem on your app.

This app is a total inconvenience. The fares are often 10–15% higher than those of the blue app, yet it's still difficult to get a rider to accept a booking. Many riders call and make excuses, hoping you'll cancel the trip yourself. The real issue seems to be that they don't want to take the booking, even though they have auto-accept enabled and can still choose which rides they want.
