I had a disappointing experience with the Move It moto taxi service. The app's GPS navigation was inaccurate, leading to longer travel times and higher fares. The drivers were often late, and the ride quality was inconsistent. Additionally, the customer support was unresponsive when I raised concerns about overcharging. Overall, the service lacks reliability and professionalism, making it a poor choice for reliable transportation.

Riders almost always cancel at the last minute! Edit: Hello Move It Dev. I want to report a recurring app issue with booking behavior. When I receive a "No drivers found message" or cancel my booking, quite a few minutes later a rider calls me that they have arrived at my pickup location. It doesn't show in the Move It app that it got automatically rebook and showed no indication whatsoever even making sure to refresh or quit the app. This has happened several times now. No article in app.

Please make it so we have an option to choose if the motorcycle we are booking has a top box or not. Riders can add in the app that they have a top box or not then once a client books, it will prioritize looking for riders with top boxed (if option is marked yes), if there are no such riders than the search will expand to all available riders. Thanks
