After not playing the game for a year and coming back, I can say that there were some improvements. Most noticable is the removable of the casino bots that constantly spam your messages with their stupid links. Another one I liked was the removal of the megaphone in the growtoken shop, therefore making broadcasts more scarce. It shocked me when I lost 12k gems for one broadcast though. The game still lags sometimes, especially when you're breaking/placing blocks and your controls get stuck.

The new update makes the game very frustrating. Whenever you exit a world then enter another, it gets stuck in the menu and you need to restart the game. Additionally, after restarting the game when you play online "connection lost..." will appear and you need to retype or relog your growtopia account over and over again. A lot of maintenance happened and still so many minor bugs, hopefully it'll get fix. I want to play the game but due to these bugs I might just quit the game.

I’m frustrated with this app. When I reached a certain level, it advised me to create a GrowID since it’s a way to play safely. I followed the instructions and created the GrowID, but I never received the email verification. I’m certain I typed the correct email address, so I don’t understand why I didn’t receive anything. I have tried multiple methods to resolve this issue: I deleted my Gmail account, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, cleared the app data, and more, but still nothing.
