You guys are really giving a very hard time to the users to retrieve their own account. I'm unable to sign in, tho I'm entering the correct username and password, and the phone number associated to it, is active. Really? We need to contact a friend, or non friend wechat user outside the app? And even trying to sign up for a new account instead, you're not allowing it. Just a waste of time.

What a terrible experience! I installed the app and used it in just 1 day (just updating the profile and settings). The next day, my account has been logged out and after logging in, I was informed that there's a malicious activity in my account so they asked me to give a friend's number to unblock it. Will uninstall the app if this will not get resolved.
