Creating a profile is a hassle, I already tried a thousand times uploading my profile picture to complete the account creation but it always says: "Sorry, something went wrong. We are unable to save your image." Stupid! I already tried different formats, size, ratio, pixel. NOTHING WORKED, IT HAS BEEN 2DAYS STUCKED ON THAT SCREEN. TRIED IT IN THE APP AND YHE WEBSITE, NOPE!

Overall, this app is great. However, 1-star because the functionality I am really interested with (the only reason why I installed the app) is it's message notification as I am not always near my computer. Unfortunately, it sends me message notification 1 - 2 hours late. As much as I want to respond to interviews and to clients quickly, it takes a while before the app notifies me. I missed a lot of opportunities due to this. It's annoying.

I can't access/download attachments on mobile app after recent update (error 403). What's happening? Such a hassle. There is no "Quote" option when responding to clients. And when you edit your message, the apostrophes (') are auto replaced with backslash (/). Can you please fix these? I hope they enable the option to add/buy connects on mobile app, intead of having to use the web browser ver for this.
