About this app

YouGov’s official app puts the power of participation in your hands, wherever you go. Earn points, answer interesting surveys and claim rewards all within the app!

Ratings and reviews

A waste of time I'm afraid. I took a bunch of surveys totaling at least $1.65 and looking forward to do more, only to one day find I inexplicably couldn't log in anymore, no explanation why. Emailed support, they auto-responded saying they'll look into it "as soon as possible," then silence. A month later still heard nothing and still can't log in and still no explanation why. Very disappointing. The only survey app that's ever permanently kicked me out for no reason. Beware!

I have been a user of this for years. Unfortunately, the app has had me stuck in a loop that I cannot get out of. I've been struggling for a month with emailing for help, uninstalling and reinstalling the app and it's still stuck with a survey that wants to view my Instagram account. I continue to receive a white screen and no way to get back. I've resorted to copying the link in my browser because the link takes me to the app, which isn't working. I like the rewards but this is frustrating.

Love the app. Straight to the point on the surveys, pays out just like stated. The only issue that I couldn't get resolved, even by support, is that a survey that I have taken wasn't working right, staying stuck on the app. I was hoping for that survey to be removed since it's stuck, with no avail, it has been stuck over a month, just wish it was off. Another option for a payout would be awesome, to paypal would be awesome too in the future.
