I am using it as cannot unfortunately find better alternative. Overly bureaucratic system. For example, I was trying to register an account using my permanent address in Estonia and Thai phone number (as I was traveling to Thailand at that moment). Registration was rejected and my email address was blocked without explanation. I had to use another email then. Fees are very high. You cannot choose blockchain fee amount; it's always maximum. Not to mention exchange rates and fees...

customer service is useless, you ask for ticket number, which I dont have, because I can not log into your app and can't contact support. Online "chat to us" don't work! your app throws error: your transaction quote has expired, please retry estimation operation

I'm very new to Wirex. It's early days, but from what I can see, it's as good as Coinbase or Kraken. Yeah, it's got all the right features. The setting up process was a bit of a pain in the backside, but other than that, it's all good. I will update this review in 3 months time.
