What u do to my save pictures files and etc.? I lost all of it. It's very important and lots I save there even Username and passwords. .only I open and cannot open so I force stop but still can't open it hang your apps. later when open no files already and need to update . When I update still same my files gone. Please back my files. This app cannot secure your files.😟😭🥲🤬😡

A lot of bugs and I couldn't even restore my data! I deleted the app and downloaded it again because of the bugs. I thought deleting it would fix it. Before I did that, I had a back up of my files. I tried to restore after but the app made a backup of nothing at all! Please fix this. This app used to be my favourite, now I'm switching note apps because of it. Please fix bugs at the folder and note coloring, moving notes to folders, backup and others.

I've been using this app for years now. But lately, whenever I write and try to save it, it keeps saying "Error Occured" so the stuffs that took me a long time to write disappears. It doesn't save which is both frustrating and upsetting. Frustrating because I worked hard to write and Upsetting because I trusted the app.
