Terrible customer service. The app does not confirm payments, causing me to accidentally pay twice for the same product. Support refused a refund, suggesting I freeze the purchase instead, but then ignored my request. Also, the app does not work properly in China, as advertised (2 months ago it worked but something changed). Avoid this service!

It used to work well when I used it in China last year. Now it's utterly rubbish. It does not work at all in Indonesia and when I contacted the helpdesk, they told me to pay extra for the premium package because whatever I was automatically assigned to on the standard package was congested!!! The audacity. They also went AWOL after U asked for a refund. Now I'm using another VPN for free and it works much much better.

At first, it was super stable and fast. Their slogan is the VPN that always connects, however this year in April it never connected and to date I still can't use it. They say the problems have been fixed and to update but via the app and Google play there is no option to update the app and therefore I am unable to use it.
