Ratings and reviews

The products and delivery are great,BUT I do have a complaint about the discount code that can't be applied after sending the order thru call center or any other way. Much more I only have 1 hour to cancel the order after that not even God can help you make any changes. You should really review your politics and the disclaimers should be more visible.

Not sure if they would do something like this or a bug from my end, but it asked me to add a product of 11 euros for free delivery, so I add a product of 12 euros, then it asked me for more even if I was above the 55 euro free delivery threshold. I got pissed and removed all the stuff because it was expensive anyway and got just what I need.

Total lack of Customer Service! these guys have no ideea what is the status of their orders, what products have in stock etc. After more than 1 month since the order was placed, they cancel the order saying that the product is out of stock when on the site it was on stock all the time. Also, during this time, nobody was able to provide any clear status & they close the chat without answering your questions.
