1 star for how my order was handled. I ordered a 50 ml cream and selected a free sample to test it, but it was not included. I was told it doesn’t appear in the order or invoice, which suggests a technical issue with the website/app rather than user error. I completed and paid for the order based on what I had selected, so I had no reason to double-check afterward. I chose the full-size product relying on that sample, so its absence negatively affected my experience.

Probably a great app but I can't get it to open in English language or French. Opens in Czech language. UPDATE - found it🙂. If you need to switch from Czech to English or any language, click below app in Google Play where it says App Support, click on "Website" & you'll find the option to switch language, or login on the App in Czech & in your account area, you can switch language

Update from March 2026: Paying in the app is currently not an option with 2FA. After I verified my transaction and got back in the app, the payment kept loading endlessly. It's inconceivable to me how such a big company could struggle with such a simple issue for so long. Honestly not sure if it's worth the hassle to shop here, prices are high. Paying in the app doesn't allow me to use my gpay card, very annoying. Not much benefit in using it except when there are specific app only discounts.
