You should lower the security period for adding payment methods for accounts older than at least 2 years and modify the payments for faster transfers. It is unacceptable that I have to wait 3 + 5 days for a payment to go through with a 7 years account, which had no problems in paying your fees! You get a heafty commission for less to no work. You got to pay in order to be able to apply to jobs. So they are ripping you two ways. Once when you apply (and you are not guaranteed obtaining the job) and once when you get paid for a job (which makes more sense). And the mobile app is just a turning circle 90% of the time. Time to switch to other freelance platforms!

App gives you some access, but I am better off on the browser. Issues on Samsung S7: - whenever I try the have a conversation, my messages are cut short. i've been trying to type really fast and send, but it's unbearable - notifications sometimes work, sometimes not so much. this is really problematic for messages and if they are unreliable, other means of communication are required - generally takes a lot of time to load any section/page
