Ratings and reviews

I got Sun NXT for my mom, but it's been frustrating. From the start, movies wouldn't play, showing errors or long loading times. I've contacted support, and while they replied, the issues persist. Recently, it's even worse with constant lags and blank pages after asking "Who's watching?" At $10 a month, it's hard to justify the price with these ongoing problems. I hope the bugs get fixed or the price is reduced. Thank you.

Contents are ok. But the media player is the worst part. There is no option to change play back speed. Fost forward or backward button is fixed 30 seconds which is irritating. No double tap options. When using slider in timeframe is not make a correct timing, and also moves very fast that don't even remember where are we on the movie. Please upgrade these features in player.

One of the worst OTT app I ever seen. To watch any content in this app they are playing 2 lengthy advertisements. I have to close the app with out watching the content. This is too much, we are paying money to watch the advertisements. They are releasing hardly 3 to 4 telugu movies per year that too unpopular movies. AHA and ETV win releasing new movies every week that too without advertisements. I think people started hating this app. I am sure very soon SUNNXT will run out of subscribers.
