Ratings and reviews

The app cannot find my Metrobreeze Rom Smart. To enter "pairing mode" the manual of the unit tells me to follow the instructions of the app, and the app tells me to consult the manual. The app further instructs to press "Reset" which does not exists on my device. This alone will earn this app a very low rating. As the WiFi indicator light on the device does not turn on at any point, it could also be my device is faulty, which would also earn Klarstein 1/5 since this one is already a replacement.

Updated review: Used to be a good app. I lost use of a Smart heater due to their software updates, now the App is constantly crashing. Needs urgently fixing, as I'm not the only one. This experience has stopped me adding to the 5 I bought, and certainly don't recommend the brand anymore. Shame as the panels had great potential.

Used to be a really good app with lots of options. You don't fix what's NOT broken, app is completely confusing now and unfit for purpose. Revert to the previous simple, many options.
