Ratings and reviews

Absolutely zero consistency in the performance of this app. Feeds skip, or often freeze altogether, which is especially concerning given the purpose of the product. Many times sound or video will simply not happen. When the app and monitors do successfully connect, video and sound can be very clear, but not reliably enough that I would ever recommend anyone purchase or use this product.

We have had this monitor for over 2 years now and have had many of the problems mentioned in other reviews; disconnecting, audio, skipping/freezing... Many issues can be resolved with a good internet connection. My biggest issue is the zoom. I try to zoom and it constantly wants to scroll through the time line. I try to move my view while zoomed and I have to use 2 fingers otherwise 1 finger will scroll through the time line no matter where you press. It is beyond frustrating. Would not recommen

This app is trash for the amount of money you spend on the monitor. Constant connectivity issues. I have connection issues multiple times a day, and force closing the app hardly ever works. I also have issues with the music/lullabies turning on, "Something went wrong, try again later". Really doesn't help me later when I need the music now. This company needs to work on making their app more functional with less crashing and bugs.
