Overall a good app, and nice past experiences with this website. However, the following points could use some more work: Can't see the contents of my orders in the app (the functionality is there, it just doesn't seem to work) No sorting option for search results (interestingly, this is most annoying for their best stocked categories of products). For instance, I was looking for a specific product in just one color. I tried searching for "product name" plus "color", but then I had to manually look for the right size. That's when I gave up on the app and used a computer instead. Would be awesome to receive less push notifications, too. I like their products, but seeing a new product or a "not to be missed" offer every day is just bad marketing in my opinion.

I like the products but the application needs to be improved. Filters are not enough and especially filtering by size sometimes is not working, but I also can't use the size I want. I want to edit the size i want to filter by, but I don't have this option

There are several things which I don't like about Bonami (both app version and online site): 1. the products are very expensive compared to similar sites, e.g. Vivre 2. the return policy is complicated: you have to write them e-mails, attach photos, waste a lot of time with unnecessary steps 3. when giving them feedback about their return policy and experience, the reply of the employee was that I should've read their policy before buying and this is it. In conclusion, I will never buy again!
