Idiots sent me the wrong product twice. clearly they have an issue with the product codes in the app. Do not recomend. Have not had this happen to me ever before. nor have i ever heard of anyone to receive the same wrong order twice, after also notifying customer service that there seems to be something wrong and that they should make sure that i receive the correct product the second time.

Very fast delivery, extremely good price compared to physical shops, and smooth procedure for ordering. I was sceptical at first by reading some reviews, but the item came with no issues at all. Very good app!

The return process is poorly designed and does not meet basic user experience standards. It is not available within the app, which makes it unnecessarily complicated and frustrating. The overall experience is embarrassing. Update: The response claiming that a return option exists is misleading. While there is a return option, it only applies to orders over 300 RON. For orders below this amount, users are left to figure things out on their own. This makes the situation even more embarrassing
