Please make something with the app, mb light version or something, it's impossible to use it correctly, app is draining battery when phone is locked and status is "busy", tonight I left phone on the charger when I woke up, phone was hot (it was locked, screen off, only this app was working in background). When you working, phone always trying to turn off everything because it's overheating, and the impact on the battery is very bad. And please add button to turn off app, like geo, internet etc.

Incredibly low payout compared to apps like Wolt or Bolt, making it feel like you're barely earning anything for the work. Their support is an absolute joke. Half the time, they completely misunderstand the issue. You could tell them you're delivering food, and they'd somehow think you're asking for directions to a zoo. Its infuriating. On top of that, their responses come hours later, filled with some useless, generic lines. They always side with customers. The app uses battery even if closed

Bug fest, just because I do some delivery here and there it doesn't mean that I don't use my phone for other things. why always open in background when I am not working in delivery.
