Worst scooter service! It stopped in the middle of my route! It went from D -Drive- to S -Sport- on the screen and literally froze. Then I tried to park it, pause it but nothing. I tried switching from Drive to Sports and back again and still would not move! Then all of a sudden it started working again, but again no indication, as to how or why. Deleting it immediately, and it's such a pit, as the scooter itself is sturdy and good! Really bad service!

It's alright, the app doesn't feel too intuitive at first, but not too complicated to use either. The GPS isn't always accurate, so even sometimes you might need to move 4 or 5 meters away from the actual parking, and then take the scooter to the drop-off, to take the picture. As for the scooters, I advise you to be careful when driving them, the manoeuvrability makes it easy to turn, so a firm, steady grip, and balance, is key.

I picked up a scooter only to find out it was slowed down because I was outside the operating zone or something–even though I was able to start the session without any warning. When I tried to immediately cancel the trip, the app told me I couldn't, and that I needed to take the scooter to a "parking zone", the nearest of which was extremely far away–even though I hadn't picked it up from one. When the trip finally ended, I was charged an outrageous amount. I feel absolutely scammed

It’s time for an update! We’ve improved the app - the support chat is now faster and works more smoothly. We also boosted overall app performance and fixed minor bugs
