the upgrade is the worst. I can't reschedule my appointment. it is asking me why I want to cancel my appt. since I couldn't cancel it I booked another appt. I think seha will have a lot of no shows becuz people simply were unable to reschedule their appts. it was fine before the upgrade.

It saves my time and I don't have to call for appointments or to check my upcoming appointments, it shows even my health status based on last lab. Thumbs up 👍 last update in September 26 has disabled modifying appointments.!!

Still one of the worst apps in UAE. I don't understand how a huge company, Pure Health, can't make a proper app. Cant make bookings, can't reschedule.
